You pick: India, EU (Frankfurt), US (Virginia), or Singapore. The data stays in the region you choose, full stop. We have the audit reports to prove it.

Is there really a free tier?+

Yes — 1,000 verifications a month, no credit card. It's the same product the paying customers use. Most teams use it to evaluate us before committing.

Do you support video KYC for India (RBI compliant)?+

Yes. Our V-CIP flow is RBI-compliant out of the box, with the recording, geo-tagging, and PAN/Aadhaar checks the regulator expects. Live since 2024.

What happens if I want to leave?+

You can export every verification record at any time, in JSON or PDF. We delete your data within 30 days of contract end. No lock-in, no fuss.
